Photographs for student identification purposes are usually taken within two weeks of registration each academic year. Students are required to take their photographs at the times assigned. Registration slips/Certificates of registration are to be presented when taking photographs. Students will be informed of the time and the venue for the taking of photographs. Students will also be informed of the time that the Student Affairs Office will issue the identification cards.
Student ID cards are required chiefly for entering the College compound, accessing classes, borrowing library books, sitting exams, accessing records and transacting any other business with the College. These cards should be displayed to security personnel contracted to the College and other College authorities upon request.
The loss of an ID should be reported to the Student Affairs Office immediately. A fee may be charged for a replacement.
