With over 10 years of experience in counselling, education, and psychosocial support, I am a
dedicated and compassionate mental health professional committed to empowering
individuals through client-centred and evidence-based approaches. My practice spans
educational, community, and institutional settings, where I’ve successfully worked with
children, adolescents, and adults facing emotional, behavioural, and academic challenges.

Counselling Psychology, Loss Grief and Trauma Management
My approach integrates client-centred, trauma-informed, and strength-based methods. Iemploy active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to support clients in navigating stress, trauma, loss, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and other mental health concerns. I value confidentiality and collaboration in the therapeutic process.
