With over 10 years of experience in counselling, education, and psychosocial support, I am a
dedicated and compassionate mental health professional committed to empowering
individuals through client-centred and evidence-based approaches. My practice spans
educational, community, and institutional settings, where I’ve successfully worked with
children, adolescents, and adults facing emotional, behavioural, and academic challenges.

Philosophy as a Mental Health Professional
I believe in the transformative power of empathy, respect, and empowerment. My work is guided by the principle that every individual has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive when
given the appropriate support and tools. I am driven by the saying: “Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations,” which speaks to the resilience of the human spirit.
