I believe in treating every individual with respect and dignity, regardless of their circumstances. I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of challenges—including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues—helping them build self-awareness, resilience, and purpose.

I provide individual and group therapy in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment, using a range of approaches tailored to each client’s needs. My focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship and helping clients develop effective coping skills to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth.
