The Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems is focused on students who want a solid mix of business and technical data systems knowledge that is applicable to almost every business sector. Areas include organizational behaviour, economics, operations and finance. Students will be able to use their knowledge and technical expertise to plan, design, execute and maintain data systems for the collection, processing and use of data. Information Systems specialists focus on integrating IT solutions and business processes to meet the information needs of businesses, thus enabling them to achieve their goals and objectives. They will also be able to recommend appropriate business technologies and software in order to solve business problems.
