ECC and KSAMC Partner to Drive Community Development Kingston, Jamaica – Excelsior Community College (ECC) continues to build on its legacy of community engagement and transformative education through a new partnership with the Kingston and St. Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC). This collaboration was formally memorialized on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., during a special ceremony held at the KSAMC’s Church Street location in downtown Kingston.
